Pros

2 x 1.5 hour lunches a month

Cons

Unable to be sick without feeling anxious. Unable to be late without being questioned. Have to prove you are going to the doctors. Unable to wear coats at your desk despite advising you are cold. Unable to be trusted in the work place - this is the same for every employee. Sick days will be monitored regardless of whether you have ongoing health issues and they will place you on sick probation. The managers will micromanage you and will treat you as though you are in school. Flexible working is not promoted or allowed within this role but every other role is able to be flexible or can opt to work from home should they feel they work better. A senior manager will sign off their full name instead of the nickname to highlight they are annoyed - this has been picked up by staff and management but never addressed. The morale in this place is non existent and has been for many many years. They do not encourage promotions or encourage developing employees they have. Should you express you would like to progress, management will offer no support with this. This job is pretty dead end.

Pros

Nothing good to say about this company

Cons

Well, I worked for this company for few years and I can tell you wholeheartedly that i was treated less than a human being, ,more than a decade with this company with no pay rise, no career progression, I have to lobby to get some training, the same training given to other people for free, I was even told to pay for my own iosh training. I was left to work in extremely cold weather conditions for 3 years, my work statation was so close to the door that when it's snow, you can see those snow flake coming through the door .A risk assessment was conducted after lots of emails and it was stated my desk had to moved to a better location. my manager stopped this process on the day when the work was meant to be carry out..no explanation were given . I was stressed and down with mental health issues as a result of it,I have lots of questions, but why, was this down to the colour of my skin or what? every employee most be treated with respect and dignity regardless their position or race. Sadly I was treated just like a number that has no value. I have fact to back all the above. mentioned.
