You don't want to work here!

Pros

Most of the co-workers are good people

Cons

Too much back-stabbing. Front office never works weekends but they expect production people to work almost every Saturday, mandatory. Make one mistake you don't get a second chance. Way too many nit-picky petty rules. Plant manager caters to hispanic workers. They call you a "partner" which is a joke. They don't share the profits and that place is making millions. The only way to increase your wages is to go for a back-up. And if you get promoted you dont get back-up pay for your old position. Very unfair place to work. Very high turnover rate. Always hiring. Gee I wonder why?
