      Pros

      The discount on the food was reasonable, which was nice. Half hour breaks were good in a long break.

      Cons

      Something that I experienced was a lack of training. I spent the first month or so working there just making chips and cleaning. Eventually I progressed to making meals because I wanted to do more.

      -Nice people makes Salsa a nice and fun place to work -Good working conditions -Fair initial salary offer and good benefits -Evolution possibilities (responsibility wise)

      -Very little respect for people's personal time -Lack of recognition of your value, effort or evolution -Somewhat disorganized and feudal-like management habits
