Top-notch javascript engineers

- great team of top-notch engineers focused on javascript - core managers have software engineering background, they are friendly as well - one of few english speaking offices in Prague, international clients are pro as well - great budget of company events and benefits - very difficult and technically focused interview ensures that engineers are exceptional

- personal issues related to rapid growth of company - interview process is very difficult to pass

Very pleasant and friendly environment to work in. Using the newest web technologies. Free choice of platform and hardware to use. Non-corporate thinking and lot of free space to use creativity and improve skills. Free snacks, drinks, fussball and table tennis and company evenings/sport activities. 25-days of vacation, fully paid meal vouchers.

Cons

Sometimes the projects/clients are not exactly ideal but this seems to be improving.

Falling apart due to business incompetence

Cons

Absolute business incompetence of the management (CEO), burning money on a completely non-perspective transformation, building pseudo-products that nobody wanted to buy, all of that for years without any real market research and strategy. The company is currently falling apart as a result of this, throwing away everything that the employees helped to build, laying off people based on personal sympathies, not on actual performance, and failing horribly communication-wise.
