No Pros whatsoever. Miss-commitments, Miss-managment, Poor HR

Cons

Never work or recommend anyone here to work. Lots of miss-commitments, Big talks and promises but all bag of lies. Unnecessary Pay cuts without prior notice. Will even take your last cheque even if in 3 months probation period and will mention you are permenent without signing just to your last paycheck.

No pros! Just that they provide chai twice a day.

Cons

Full of lies, deceit, fishy business. They kept my provident fund after I left! They never gave the incentives they had been promising for 9 months! I was forced to look for another job. Plus - they overwork you! Only benefit they gave was the transport van, which was free for SOME - showing employee discrimination.

Pros

Flexible timings, but that’s it. No other pro. No growth, no learning, no appreciation.

Cons

Even if you work extra hours every day, you won’t be appreciated. The leads are stubborn and not open to communication with subordinates. No salary boosts, unless you threaten to resign.
