Could be interesting if you want to experience lean management

Cons

Soon after the purchase and brand change, the new owner started a purge. The criteria were to get rid of 1) aged employee, 2) employees here since long and with a too high salary.

none. all previous advantages from Orange have been dismantled by new french shareholder

Cons

no trust in their employee. everything decision is controlled from Paris. Every cent of spending is challenged. Divide to conquer model. They hide information of change decision without telling you even if your area of responsibility. Keep laying of people.

Few remaining motivated people not yet burnt by the new Xavier Niel strategy.

Cons

No consideration for human being and only attracted by fast and easy profits/savings. No strategy except developing low cost offers with no innovations. Senior Management are only executing "Paris " wishes.
