illegal pratices, flirting with the limits of workers rights in Portugal
Pros
Free coffee but often unavailable at the moment of your break.
Cons
To make it short, and as i know my commentary may be censored... This compagny asks you to go to the toilets only when they decide. They ask you to put in a file the reason why, including going to the toilet, you standed up from your desk. If you stand up due to a genuine necessity (period, illness )they will asked in a weird way what you are doing, as if you where the most inconvenient person. Most people there dont have the document to work everywhere in Portugal, thats how salt keeps them. Thoose people live a hell everyday working for a swiss/french compagny that sells very expensive plans. They work in a cave. The company is very amator in many ways. This compagny is a threat to mental health, your workers rights. It should be investigated. They pratice intimidating interviews with you and the responsibles to scare you. They have talks where they say you have to "become salt" They leave the group alone in a room but they are monitoring the discussion that seemed to be in between colleagues. Is this autorised in Portugal, UE?
