      Pros

      I started my career as a front end web designer at Salt Technologies. I worked here for more than 2 years and now my knowledge is at another level. Now I'm working at big MNC because of experience at Salt Technologies. I got to learn a lot here.

      Very rare project parties and team outings.

      Pros

      Guys, don't even have a second thought to join this company. Salary is all based on how much funds they collect. So remember no projects - no funds - no salary. They never give you a full salary. Salary is always late by 2-3 months.

      Cons

      Less job security as there are only a few projects. If no project they will shut down the company at any time. No proper vision for the so-called management team. They just run the show. No policies. No Planning. Nothing.

      It is small team and currently there is no on-site opportunity to go out of India.
