Horrible management, they are completely out of touch with the employees (or at least pretend to), they only care about numbers, not the real impact Outdated technologies Zero transparency Toxic work environment and culture, it's hard to describe the overall negative feeling of working there Salary payouts are almost always late Leadership has forgotten that employees are what make a company successful, not numbers on a spreadsheet. Most of the talented employees have already left.
