Operations makes safety job difficult. No overtime pay for salaried position. Health insurance benefits still have out of pocket and deductible pay even at the highest tier offered. No educational reimbursement offered. Not much room to grow from safety Marshal position.

The worst organization I've ever experienced. Professional standards do not exist here. Upper management and department heads do not seem fit for their role. The deficiencies in the professional mechanicisms of the company place an immenant threat to job security. The hiring, onboarding, placement, development plan, team management, and SOP's are not developed nor up to professional standard. You will be treated just as a #. Once your purpose has expired, you will be released. Your skills sets and work ethic will go unnoticed and unrewarded. The only observed advancements fit a very exclusive profile. If you are interested in growing your professional career and skill sets, this is not the place for you. If you are looking to make some quick "in-between" money, sign up and then continue looking.
