Hi ,Technically our notice period is 60 days. The concept of firing is completely ruled out in Salzer and all these years none has been terminated or fired. Our full and final settlement is 90days and is conveyed to employees at the time of exit. es have joined Tier 1 companies and are doing good. We know who you are and posting feedback anonymously with different email addresses. You have some agenda to vilify Salzer and you are continuing to do so periodically. Though you got a bad performance review from the client we relieved you after you served your notice and your exit formalities were smooth. For all fresh hires who had worked in Salzer, had excellent exposure to emerging and latest technologies and are well placed in Tier 1 companies.
