You’ll need to be bung ho about Sam Edelman like it’s working for Prada or Vogue to get noticed or promoted. For the amount of physical labor, you can find a job elsewhere that pays more. Many employee have two jobs to make ends meet. Meanwhile million dollar bonuses are given out yearly, check out there SEC fillings
