Pros

Okay so most of the girls are super nice when you are first starting.

Cons

There are several Sam's Boat this sams boat is owned by Marv the general manager. Marv is nice but does not know how to run a restaurant, he is always running around in panic and looking unorganized. This makes for a hectic shift when ever he is there and running things. Some waitresses warned me that he can be perverted and acting inappropriate towards them (using dirty jokes). THEY ONLY HIRE GIRL SERVERS AND BARTENDERS. The dress code isn't that bad except for nights like lingerie night and bikini night. Some groups of guys just come here to look to women. There has even been cases in which the clients try to untie the servers bikini top. Extremely understaffed, no food runners. They make up this excuse that we should tip out the host in which they barely run food, and still make us tip out when it's so slow. 2% of total food sales to bussers 2% of total food sales to management/Hostess 1%-2% of alchol sales to bar. they pay every front of house staff member 2.13 a hour plus tips, they take so much percentage of the total sales that it's basically stealing money from servers just so they don't have to pay out the front of house staff Cook time is fast, unless they lose your ticket, they under order a lot of there food to guarantee they will sell out, but customer get upset when half of the food on the menu is sold out. The Hostess are super nice, but they do not know how to host at all, or rotate sections. They sit the new servers all the crappie tables and give the servers who have been there longer better tables. There is a lot of favoritism. They have this little chart that judges how you look, service and a few other thing. The servers who have been there the longest will always be on top no matter how good you look or how awesome of a server you are.
