      Toxic environment with backstabbing culture

      There really are none to this hospital.

      Cons

      Very toxic work environment. Operates like a high school cafeteria. Constant backstabbing by other managers and directors. Employ outside physicians who are accountable to no one and will not work to improve care or facility. Constant turnover of staff.

      Pros

      Outpatient, no weekends, or holidays and typically comes with a sign-on bonus.

      Cons

      They perform prostate exams that you who have to travel to a separate facility to perform. Very little time for breaks. Extremely busy and the some techs can be “clicky”/ bullies. Didn’t feel comfortable working here.
