Pros
When I reflect on my experience at Samba Brands Management, the only pro I can think of is that I can put it on my resume. Although, considering what a bad reputation they have built for themselves, I'm almost positive that I would not benefit from it.
Cons
Terrible culture, egregious work environment, 0 perks, health insurance benefits are an absolute joke- they should actually save their money and not offer it, hot and unsanitary office, unpaid breaks, and you absolutely must tell your supervisor every move you make, very low pay scales, very low retention rate... The list goes on...
