Be careful with them.

Pros

Working with them depends on the project team. If the teams are in agreement, you are fine, but if your manager has some racism, I advise you to find another place. Currently the employees in Raleigh Office are numbers. And if you have any problem with your work team, you will find yourself fired from work under false reason. thats how they fix the issues with their employees.be careful with them.

Cons

Project more important than you.

Pros

Good salary Good employees Great benefits

Cons

No work life balance Upper management lacked communication Every single job had financial issues (bad pre construction) Jumping from one jobsite to another - Started as a project lead in one jobsite was there for almost a year, sent to another jobsite with a false promise of a promotion and then got sent right back to the original jobsite with no explanation.

Pros

Pay was “good” Safety team was cool Lots of perks outside of your main job for education Gave you lots of swag

Cons

Terrible hours averaged 6am to 6pm M-Sat. Weekends are basically mandatory with the schedules they give you that are behind when you start. Your job on the PM side is to beat the subs down so hard then force them to do the work they didn’t include in their bid but you snuck into the contract. Hold a “bonus” out from the beginning of a project to try to get you to work longer hours and weekends to speed up the project. But if your project dips into profit you lose the bonus and worked added hours for a reduce hourly rate Samet paid to move me and my family down. But the hours were so bad I was only seeing my daughter on Sundays and every other Saturday when she lived with me it felt like. Not one senior manager said anything or asked me why or what they could do to make it better just took my three weeks and never said anything.
