Pros
Fast paced fun environment dealing with mostly happy and foodie customers! Tips were great considering no alcohol. Learn to expand palette with the large variety of high quality tea and food. Healthy meal options. Friendly coworkers
Cons
no alcohol limits tip potential and closes fairly early (that could be a pro also I suppose) When I was there there was limited clear paths for further career opportunities. But if there is a job you see is needed the owner might let you create a new job for yourself.
