      Being fresher worked there..No other job so started working there for experience

      It's all torture...nothing else..we cry in front of them but still no use

      Pros

      They have good clients to work with. The relationship they hold with the client are excellent.

      Cons

      Compensation will be less. Deduct the salaries if not achieved the target(Hyderabad Location). More 2 days leave wil do the LOP which is against labour law. Lack of professional atmosphere(Hyderabad Location) Hyderabad management will involve into micro management. Hyderabad Management doesn't allow to go and work out of the box with full freedom for Location Lead(Account Manager).

      I have worked here for almost 1.2 years and loved every bit of it. They train you , help you grow and help you to do your best. Great incentive scheme and appraisal scheme. Mr.Vimal (Director of Pune Branch) is one of the Best employers you can work for. 5Stars to the Team. I am giving this review only for Pune Branch as I havent worked in others, But the policies are same throughout sampoorna
