-Hourly pay with no overtime, low pay overall, no raises (rarely keep up with inflation) -No growth/advancement -Micromanagement -Poor management of certain departments -Politics (play favorites, back up employees that should've been fired long ago) -Unsupportive and don't appreciate employees -Unresponsive to feedback, if there's issues they don't acknowledge them -Cares more about monetary goals than employees -Making it harder to earn bonuses every year -Employee reviews don't give constructive feedback
