Pros

Began position with a great deal of freedom, felt as though I was helping my clients, had a great deal of support from team and the environment felt healthy.

Cons

Over time upper management began to micro-manage the department and were less available for support. Funds seemed to be misused. Staff began to quit in droves.

Free lunch everyday. Dealing with certain kids is fun. Not labor intensive.

Cons

Pay is low, fast food pays close to same. Paperwork side of things can be tedious.
