Great colleagues, good pay, and interesting science.

Cons

Disorganized leadership, and platitudes. Repeatedly said no layoffs, and then Sana became layoff city for four years. So many flip flopping on different programs, to end up trying to revive something when all of the talented employees related were laid off.
