Pros
Company mission and purpose is great, some leadership was good, pay and benefits also decent, it’s a fun industry. Loved my customers and interacting with them daily. Want the mission of Sana to succeed .
Cons
Immature leadership, was literally yelled at on several occasions. I did the same type of work as a counter part who they encouraged me to pass “big leads” to, and found out he was getting a commission kick back for big orders. You’re expected to be online when founder is taking ski days - unlimited days off if you’re in leadership but expected to be always available if not in leadership, even when you're on PTO... was told this is part of being a start up (not true I’ve worked for other startups and was still allowed my time off) If you don’t change your culture to fit in, you’ll be quickly outcasted - bro culture for sure. They pretend to be progressive but keep hiring white guys who went to their Alma matter. Culture doesn’t mean that everyone is the same last I checked.
