Advertised as an office contract but have to undertake extra responsibilities which is fine, however, in interview it was said it wouldn’t be too much only the first week of the summer and last week of the summer. It turned out to be 80% housekeeping and ground/ building maintenance work which was not was I applied for. A waste of time considering I wanted to get some more office experience and wasted the summer here. The only time you would do office work would be when there were bookings in over the summer but even then there was not enough work to keep you busy as they priorities having the managers and current permanent staff in there and they hold involve clearing disgusting flats, litter picking on a regular basis, up and down 8 flights of stairs clearing rubbish and it is infested with mice. At the beginning of the summer had to also clear a flat which was a biohazard in itself and were not provided with the correct ppe. There was faeces, vomit, pee, rubbish, old food, rats in one flat and told we had to chip in and help rather than get a company to come in and help, all this instead of learning administration which I planned on
