      Values-driven mission struggles with leadership instability

      Pros

      While the mission has changed a lot over the years, it still feels like it is trying to hold onto being a values-led company.

      Cons

      SO many leadership changes in a relatively short period of time doesn't give a feeling of stability, but hopefully the latest changes will provide more solid foundations. Communication isn't always great.

      I can’t think of many. They try to present themselves as positive but they’re anything but.

      Cons

      Avoid this company. They’re so poorly managed and haven’t a clue what they’re doing. Their CEO is petty, incompetent and doesn’t have a clue.
