      Lack of infrastructure and accountability. It's a non-tipping establishment. scheduled out-times not accurate

      Great team of servers, a positive community, friendly relationships with members, occasional free food, beautiful workplace, awesome bosses, good pay

      Late night shifts, some rude members, rare to get tips

      It is a great job to hold while in school.

      Pros

      Flexible hours. Friendly Co-Workers. The members are excellent people to work for. Free golf on Mondays Great views.

      Cons

      Hours may run late in to the night. A stent with a bad boss may make work hell. The members have their bad days like everybody, some of them are just always impossible, you learn to avoid these.
