Flexibility, diversity, end of year bonuses.
Cons
Once you make one mistake they’re start acting like they own you. This is a German company and unfortunately they project themselves as they’re the best of the best making other races feel less. They take things so personal and pay is not good. They act like they care but they talk about everyone behind their back. They do not appreciate management.
