- Working remotely. - Can self-assign projects and tasks. - Opportunities to change roles and positions.
Cons
Because everyone at the company is working remotely you may find yourself in a lot of virtual meetings to discuss project requirements internally and with customers which can impact work productivity during the day.

- The company is growing very quickly - There is a lot of opportunity for professional growth - Employees have a lot influence on product decisions - Employees have a lot of power to shape the company culture - The ability to work remotely is a great perk - If you stick around long enough, then the payoff will be huge
Cons
- The work is very demanding - Direct compensation is below market rate (for now) - Benefits package is missing (for now) - At this stage of the company, a great deal of dedication will be necessary
