Pros

Staff benefits are great A few good eggs in the office who go out of their way to make you feel welcome

Cons

Expected to know EVERYTHING the second your foot gets through the door and they seem really unhappy with you if you aren’t up to speed. If you ask questions, you’re cast out immediately. You’re asked to sort the office out but the colleagues do not cooperate with you and blame you for not being able to make change because they’re too stubborn to change. Very egotistical office. If your face doesn’t fit, you’re cast out before you’ve even been given a chance. You’re ignored and excluded from everything because you aren’t “one of them”.

Pros

Some talented staff pass through, ultimately on their way to better things.

Cons

It's very poorly lead with Dinosaurs at the top of the company. There's also conflict between the two main offices in the North of England
