      Pros

      They paid you ( as they’re required to ) - but not may others. They penny pinch at every opportunity, react not proactively fix things - everything is a bandaid solution.

      Cons

      Many and various, no support, poor narcissistic leadership, bleak outcomes with no chance of promotion or advancement - a pool of stagnation
