Pros
The product sells itself to a large extent. Customers come in with some level of trust already because the brand has visibility and that changes the whole conversation from the first call. Salary also lands on time every month which in this industry is something you genuinely appreciate.
Cons
Closing is high pressure and when deals slip because of internal documentation delays it goes in your miss column not anyone else's. The company has a lot going on simultaneously and I think the backend processes are still catching up with the pace of launches, but that gap does affect the ground team more than it should.
