Pros
You may find few good colleagues that you can cherish for lifetime. ( they can serve as good friends or networks) You may be offered fancy package ( since you know that they can offer, better to take the risk for returns)
Cons
You can connect with the people via social media if you want to verify the authenticity of the post. A word of advice, please go through your offer letter well to look for pay during notice period. Previously a batch of employees had been asked to sign a revised contract of employment in middle of tenure stating notice period is being reduced to 2 months from 3 and pay is reduced to only basic during the notice period( mind them these were permanent employees with good growth trajectories in previous orgs) . Then they were terminated because they lost the only project that they had. This impacted about 26 people in total out of 35 ( technical) . The rest of the people who remained were non technical, management or operational staffs. While I don't have any personal agenda, I want people to be aware of the risks that they are will to take since this doesn't come out openly often.
