None at all avoid working here at all costs

Cons

Waste of time. Blind leading the blind. Management are bullies and clueless. Being experienced gets you more work over inexperienced staff due to high turnover. Go work for someone better like vertu or pentagon over these cowboys won’t be open in 10 years from now. Terrible pay for the work load. They sell dodgy cars and high blame culture.

Basic is significantly lower than other car dealerships in area. Commission structure may be stronger, but with current climate of car sales, sales are dropping, and people need a safety net to fall back on those quiet months

Absolutely nothing “Humane” about their “HR” dept!!!

Everyone is in agreement about poor/ bully- style management and the HR’s attitude.

Cons

No respect shown for employees. No appreciation for hard work and/ or additional unpaid hours worked. Management belittle and target you. Payroll constantly paying incorrect wages and is always a headache to sort out to get the money you are owed! No empathy or professionalism from the HR department, especially the manager, whatsoever!!!
