No appointment letter or formal offer letter is provided, even after working for 6–7 months. Many employees are still waiting for basic documentation. The university illegally demands original documents from employees and keeps them, which is not authorized or ethical. Severe lack of professionalism across departments, especially in SOCMS. Unprofessional and problematic behavior from the dean, leading to a toxic and disrespectful environment. Mental harassment is common; employees are not treated with respect. No transparency regarding salary structure—deductions are never communicated in a formal way. PF is unfairly deducted from both employee and employer contributions from the employee’s salary. Overall, the worst experience in terms of work culture and employee rights.
