Opportunity to develop knowledge and skills through learning, experience and working with teams of professionals from all disciplines including legal, childrens services, leisure etc.

Cons

This is a challenging time to work in the public sector. Stresses are placed on staff both through efficiency saving measures and through the effect this has on the workforce.
