Training was full on and like a speedy Gonzales fast, you could not retain the knowledge, then they throw you to the lions with not that good support. They allowed bullying in the workplace and you are a sitting duck as taking them on is a waste of time. The support while on the phones was not effective. My team leader was a horrible monster and bully...a fake. I needed to work, so I put up with her until she sent me sick. I collapsed and could not go back to work.
