Pros

Quiet work atmosphere, a very few really nice people.

Cons

70% of the Sanlo staff are temporary hires with some lasting long term, but not getting hired and some lasting only months. This appears to be the company's preferred method - to avoid paying insurance, benefits, etc. and to offer no security for those working to keep the company going. They interview multiple new candidates almost every single day for various positions in the warehouse, office, quality, etc. The day the work load is low they let people go and if the work picks up the very next day then they immediately hire more people. There are limited lunch rooms so most of the staff takes lunch (every day) in their cars or just eat at their work areas or desks. There is a clear and definite 'line' between the permanent employees and the temps. It is said out loud, it is indicated in various actions and it is freely joked about. The overall treatment of and attitude towards the temporary employees seems to be taken directly from the work places of the late 1800's to early 1900's. Basically "you do not think. You do not get time off, You do not matter, You are immediately replaceable, We don't need you, you need us, You are lucky to be here."

Pros

Made some good friends, easy job and central air

Cons

to many favorites, that get away with a lot. If line leader does not like you, its horrible. some are making more money then people that have been there over 10 years doing same job. No fairness with management
