However, employees are just that: employees. They are not empowered, not hired to think, just hired to fulfill a specific need. As long as that need exists, you will probably stay, day after day after day. Do not expect too much from Sanmina, or you will be disappointed in the long run. Also, after 37 years, I received no recognition, no thanks, no "good luck with retirement", just a brief exist interview and out the door I went. Never got a single thanks or other recognition above the immediate group I was in. Like I said, you are "just an employee". P.S., do not expect raises or promotions.

The EA Chennai team is community oriented. Full of Telugu bias. Its not about pure Telugu guys from AP/Telangana. Its about Telugu speaking folks from TN. The team has got whole family friends in one team. Growth for them only. The others can toil day and Night and will be paid peanuts A group linked by community, region and family friendship. Others will be treated shabbily. The ones in the group can come and go at anytime. Work on projects for a full 6 months, give shabby output of product with multiple production issues and still get increments, incentives and promotions
