*Management do not respect Engineers ,
*company treat engineers like slaves.
*they do not have Proper & Sufficient Resources.
*they don't provide basic tools and laptop to engineers
*they do not care about employees safety .they do not provide PPE'S to employees
*they don't have a proper machine testing facilities, they expose harmful radiation to employees to test their machines.
*refurbishment and testing quality is at poor standards. They use thinner and 10₹ nirma powder , cheap quality materials to refurb Ct machines.
*Employees feel very unsafe while working there.
*technical team don't have safety consciousness. They don't aware 5s kaizen six sigma principles
*they don't provide Cab Facilities, and MD doesn't care about employees safety , they only concerned about money
*Accounts team deduct engineers expenses unnecessarily.
*Very unorganized and worst behavior from the management
*CEO do not responds to the issues and addresses the issue.
*Management consultant is hopeless and idiot( he will tell you none of your business)
*they don't conduct any meeting to address the issue.
