      Really good experience for a foreigner

      Pros

      Very open culture, especially at Bill One product. Good pay for Japan. Many benefits.

      Cons

      You need japanese in order to have a good time, even though it's not completely required.

      1. Good location like omotesando. 2. Lot of work from home. 3. Incentives like hardware/software 4. Good Support for Japanese learning 5. Many events like a university. 6. Employee value ( apart from pay )

      Cons

      1. If you compare with market, it might on lower pay scale, especially people I have seen in global team. team leads are getting paid less than the software engineers in other companies. 2. Don't confuse with 2 month bonus thing, they give salary / 14 months.. so don't get confused, that's actually less monthly salary in hand.

      Pros

      If you have something want to do at this company which is relevant to company's mission, you will be able to sign up that project sooner.

      Cons

      If you want to have long vacation, you better work for other company unfortunately. People who work for this company loves to work and work long time somehow, so kind a hard to suit with those people if you are not that kind of personality.
