not many pro, company was much better before the owner died.

Cons

unclear expectations, no real leadership from corporate, expectations that you take on multiple jobs because they have serious staffing issues and a very high turnover rate, seems like they make things up as they go most of the time. There are better opportunities and better companies out there.

Sansone Group does not promote a healthy work life balance. Ownership creates a hostile and unethical work environment. Verbal abuse from ownership is a daily occurrence and you are expected to be at their beck and call 24/7.

They pay for benefits for employee.

Cons

They care nothing about their employees. Very unrealistic work expectations and little support. They will give you the work of three people and expect everything to be completed timely. There is no room for work/life balance
