      Unsafe work environment, work out of a storage space, no A/C on the truck (100 degree weather), inconsistent schedule.

      Easy job and great benefits

      Cons

      Company politics, no work life balance. Poor and inconsistent scheduling. It was rare to get 2 days off in a row and the schedule was always different. It was hard to have any consistency outside of work. They expect you to fulfill roles outside of your title without compensation and want your ideas that you wont get credit for. Basic needs for employees are hard to come by. Low employee moral.

      -No air conditioning on the trucks or “warehouse” (it’s a uhaul storage unit) -Reported sexual harassment to multiple parties, but no action taken -inconsistent scheduling
