Pros
Facility overall very aesthetically pleasing. Nice rehab gym. Most of the therapy staff genuine.
Cons
Poor management and directors who don't want to listen to their employees, only find criticism and accusatory without any real validation. Management highly defensive due to their lack of knowledge and experience. Upper management and administration also very untrustworthy.
