Non that I can think off....
Cons
Unless your South African or a weak yes sir, no sir manager you'll never move up in the company. Company only appoints buddies from the old mates club into management roles who mostly couldnt run a tap or have their own out dated views on management styles.

Pros
Flat management structure was clearly evident as even as a contract worker I have had regular interactions with the Group CEO, CFO and Legal Adviser. I was also interviewed extensively to join the company's graduate development program, not through my own application but through recommendation by management. Great Company
Cons
Abundance of stair to traipse through to get to your desired floor, music not allowed in any form so acoustically threadbare
