      Pros

      Nice people to work with.

      Cons

      Santy is on a downward spiral. They have had layoffs with key management and have lost the media team as well (3 people). Management tries to brainwash employees that they are there for you, but honestly, they are not. Hence the high turnover. As the saying goes, the grass is greener on the other side. Yes, it is true what the other post said about raises. If you are not a favorite of a certain manager you get left behind. Need to look at everyone's workload and make adjustments.

      Pros

      Great, fun people who do the agency cliche of work hard, play hard.

      Cons

      No identity in terms of creative, media, digital process, etc. Sort of average (or below) at all, without being truly good at anything, but leadership thinks they are great for no reason and like to hear themselves talk.

      - Senior leadership team willing to roll up their sleeves and be hands-on - Flexible work schedule - Good mix of clients across industries (both local and national) - As an employee, you always have a voice...strong POV is valued regardless of seniority - Company puts an emphasis on culture by having multiple agency outings per year - Collaborative work environment

      Cons

      - Strong personalities may not be a fit for everyone - Can be a challenge to get people to rally behind big ideas
