Bad management from Dublin to El Salvador office

- Pay is OK. - Environment is friendly in El Salvador office - Flexible time off for emergencies

- Benefits are far behind from other companies and they are staying behind in salaries also. - HR is not very organized - Bad organization. Rushed projects with no planning cause stress on staff. - Only Dublin gets sent to conference. They hide information so they dont have to send anybody else. - Remote managers are not very knowledgeable. - You are on-call all the time because of the bad organization. Calls on holidays and after midnight. - You get asked for your opinion but in reality it doesnt matter. - If you want a raise you have to ask for a counteroffer. Merits are not useful. - Hiring in dublin is not very transparent. They hire very junior people and then they are asking for help all the time.
