Pros

Leaving (The receptionist of the building was quite nice) BE WARNED: You do not even get paid on time.

Cons

Ramesh Ahuja (Owner/CEO) is overbearing, incompetent and socially inept. He is hands down the worst person I have ever worked with in my career. His 'management style' is to never talk to you unless there is something wrong. He stands over you whilst doing your work, shouts at you in front of the office if you are talking to someone for more than 30 seconds. He has the social grace and manners of a 4 year old child (which may be harsh to 4 year olds-I apologise) and is totally and utterly brainless. The team is made up of mainly Hindi speakers. So nearly all discussions are in Hindi, so unless you're a Hindi speaker, you will have no idea what is going on.... even with regards to your own work. People really do not know what they are doing, and this comes across in their training and help. One guy in particular was really bad for this; he would only teach you half of the process, so when it went wrong (and Ramesh would shout at you) he would step in and look like the hero. You know who you are. Common sense and manners are lacking in this place. If you are reading this in preparation for a job interview here, don't bother going and save your train fare. The only people I would recommend this company to (in any role) are people who are brain dead, socially stunted or just incompetent. And if you read this and still accept a role here-GOOD LUCK to you.... I hope the brain injury that caused this decision wasn't too painful.
