Pros
I worked at Sapiens for three years and overall had a positive experience. The company offered a good work-life balance and a collaborative work culture, especially within the IDIT department. I consistently received good feedback and was considered a strong performer.
However, I did face some challenges with growth opportunities, as promotions were relatively slow within the IDIT team. Additionally, when I moved to the USA, I received no support or guidance from the organization, despite my continued commitment and performance. That was disappointing and impacted my long-term outlook with the company.
Still, I’m grateful for the learning and experience I gained during my time there.
