      Awesome for me, lots of learning If you are good with your deliverable's then everything is in your favor Unlimited WFH Flexible Timing Wide Learning Scope Choice of work , people asks about you and talk about growth Means Good for Good People but below cons need to be look at

      Hike is not good enough for people already there , but no constraint for urgent positions for new people Learning capacity bandwidth should be provided to people , instead of saying that you can join training but have to catch up on planned capacity Taking Casual Leave ( yet it is 10 in number, which is not even single a month in year ) is like abusing Project Manager

      You get to do good quality of work.

      Cons

      But they will give you very less time to do it. They will always linger on your heads to complete a work because they give very less time range to Client. Again then it depends on Individual Managers!!
