      Pros

      Clients and projects were pretty broad, casual dress code

      Cons

      The company is run by a couple and it's quite small and disorganized. The location isn't great, it's pretty far from downtown. The work culture and hours are similar to investment banking, but without the payoff or brand recognition. Clients are mostly startups, which exposes you to many niches, but the flipside is that your work is not as sophisticated and not valued as much.

      Poor company culture with weak to nonexistent team spirit, lack of brand name, long hours expected, company is run by a couple with poor leadership skills

      Everything you think a startup will be, this is not: -) No flexibility in schedule or working from home -) No perks and no benefits -) VERY negative work environment -) All work, 0 fun , all the time -) No team building, in fact this is discouraged Everything you think a startup might face, it does: -) Limited budgets, disorganized and no clear leadership
