      Work from home, unlimited vacation, good benefits, and kind people with a welcoming attitude

      -fully remote -great opportunity to learn -some employees are very knowledgeable

      Cons

      -leadership talks about how much they value input and feedback but dismisses anything that doesn't fit what they want to hear -lack of ownership in many leaders and team members so other teams are left to pick up the slack, leading to burnout and negativity -promotions and praise are given to people who can talk well but have no history of competent execution

      Good environment for growth. People are always happy to help, successes are celebrated and they have good recognition system. Decent pay.
